Empowering Neurodivergent Learners Through STEAM

Dream2Evolve is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for neurodivergent children through STEAM education — Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. We believe every child deserves access to learning that celebrates creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Our History

Dream2Evolve was founded in 2024 by Aayona Vikram, who recognized the need for a local organization devoted to providing neurodivergent support for individuals. Since then, we have transformed into a thriving tax-exempt nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, dedicated to serving our local and global community through various autism programs. Aayona was inspired by the power of music and the unique talents of neurodivergent children. She found that she could connect deeply with autistic children through piano, forming special bonds with them. As a result, Dream2Evolve has evolved to blend STEAM education, leadership development in children, and partnership with the neurodivergent society. We encourage those who resonate with our mission to volunteer or donate to support our initiatives.

Our Mission

Empowering Every Child to Learn, Lead, and Grow

Empowering children through arts, science, and leadership is crucial, especially within autism programs that focus on neurodivergent support. By promoting STEAM education, we can help these children thrive. Additionally, we encourage you to volunteer or donate to further enhance these programs.

Our Vision

Building a More Inclusive Future

Support children with autism through specialized autism programs that help them realize their full potential, while also nurturing leadership skills in all children via volunteer activities. By donating to such initiatives, you can enhance neurodivergent support and promote STEAM education for everyone.

Our Programs

Connecting Education, Creativity, and Community

We offer a variety of volunteer opportunities in music, dance, theater, media, science, math, technology, engineering, and sports. All proceeds from these activities help us donate to autism programs and partner organizations that provide neurodivergent support for children with autism. Additionally, our initiatives promote STEAM education to inspire a love for learning.

‘Autism doesn’t come with an instruction guide or compulsive need to condition them according to the norms. It essentially survives with a family which will never give up’'.

My mission is deeply rooted in personal experience—as a mother to a 14-year-old son on the autism spectrum, I have witnessed first hand the challenges, gaps, and the extraordinary potential that lies within every child with special needs. So buckle-up my dear friends and value this unique blessing . Trust me, by the end of every day I am running on fumes and seek forgiveness for my sins but then the next morning God empowers me with more patience, wisdom, and determination to teach him new skills.

With a Master's in Economics (M.A.) and Education (M.Ed.), I am a teacher by profession since 2007. I have dedicated my professional journey to creating meaningful change in the field of child development, with a special focus on neurodiversity.

Our Impact

Transforming Lives Through Inclusive Education

We held free piano lessons for children with autism as part of our autism programs in India. Through these piano lessons, we raised charitable funds to support neurodivergent support initiatives. Our aim is to expand the domain of volunteer activities for this noble cause by offering volunteer opportunities to school students across the country and around the globe, allowing them to make a difference in their local community while promoting STEAM education.
